CONTACT THE FUNERAL HOME

1. Call the funeral home of your choice.

Things to expect during this phone call:

Facilitate the transfer of your loved ones remains to the funeral home.
Has the deceased made pre-arrangements?
Would you like your love one to be embalmed?
Gather information on items you may need to bring to the funeral home such as clothing for the deceased and life insurance policies.

2. Set an appointment to go to the Funeral Home to make arrangements.

3.Go to the Funeral Home to finalize arrangements. Once arrangements have been finalized, the funeral home will contact the cemetery directly and provide them with all of the information.
